MTR chose our BFly® platform for its Customer Support Management activities.

MTU Turbomeca Rolls-Royce GmbH (MTR) is a joint venture among three European aeroengine manufacturers, MTU Aero Engines, Turbomeca and Rolls-Royce. In parallel with the ongoing production in Munich, the operator nations have set up the necessary repair capacities and support teams.

MTR chose our solution BFly® so as to provide adequate and efficient tools to the resources performing in the field support and customer support management (CSM) activities.

Our consultants managed with success the migration from the former MTR solution towards BFly®.
